Yes, an internet connection is required to use most features of Singbar, especially the KTV function. An internet speed of 4mbps is recommended for a smooth experience.
Singbar can use both Wifi and Cable connection
Yes, Singbar have a RCA output which you can connect it to other source, if you own a AV amplifier, you can also use the HDMI output to connect Singbar to your amp. *Please make sure you enable HDMI Audio Output in settings. (please refer to user guide)
All you need is a display output device such as a TV or monitor, and internet connection. The Singbar will come with the installation guide as well as all necessary cables and accessories.
Yes, since all Singbar are Android-based, you may access the Google Play Store or install your own apps through APK files. Please note, please check the APP compatibility before installing

Singbar has obtained the PPM license, Malaysia's music copyright provider, ensuring all Singbars are legal for use in Malaysia with PPM approval. For users outside Malaysia, Singbar is legal strictly for home use only. For commercial use, you will need to obtain the appropriate legal rights from your local country.
After Purchasing SingBar
This is usually a internet connectivity issue. Please make sure your internet is working properly and the download speed with a minimum 2mbps
The song may not have been uploaded by our team. In this case, you may submit a request for missing songs to be uploaded to our catalogue. Please go to Song Request page of this website
Go to setting and scroll down to Audio, make sure HDMI Audio Out is enabled
You may scan the QR code to use the mobile app to control the Singbar, you may also plug in a USB mouse to hover around and select which function you want to use. However, without the remote control will allow you to change sound effects and adjust the sound frequency like increase treble and bass. Remote control comes with 6 months warranty, if it’s under warranty and there are no physical damage, we will replace it, otherwise go to our product page to purchase a new remote control.
You may first try connecting to another network to verify if your Singbar can connect to the internet. If this works, you may try to restart and reset your Wi-Fi modem and router, and connect again.
Yes, you can use the supplied RCA cable or 3.5mm audio cable to connect Singbar to an external subwoofer to boost the low frequency. (Please note, subwoofer out only output mono audio)
Make sure that the volume and microphone volume on your Singbar setting are set to a suitable level (must use the remote control)

The warranty provides repairing service for the Singbar soundbar unit & Subwoofer and 1 to 1 exchange for accessories within warranty period. (Please note, all physical damage to the product including power surge will not be covered by Sing Audio warranty.)
Sing Audio will determine whether a product is “Out of Warranty” at the company’s discretion according to the standards listed below.
Violation of the warranty terms, invalidate warranty, expired warranty, or other reason.
The following accessories are not covered under warranty
- Microphone Type-C Charging Cable
- Microphone Battery
- Line-out Cable
All third parties software installed to the Singbar will not be supported by Sing Audio

In order to claim warranty, you must provide the proof of purchase issued by the authorized retailers.
During the warranty period, in the event of a violation which is defined as customer induced damage, such as open or unauthorized modifications, self repairs, exposure to water, damage caused by misuse, alternation, failure to comply with product manual, etc.
