Refund, Return & Warranty Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Singbar purchase. If you encounter any hardware-related issues, we’ve got you covered.
1. One-Year Limited Warranty
Singbar products come with a 1-year warranty covering hardware malfunctions (excluding accessories such as microphones or cables). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will either repair the product or offer a replacement.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery for eligible refunds or replacements.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
• Shipping fees for returns due to change-of-mind are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Repair & IT Support Response Time
Our dedicated support team will respond to all repair or technical service inquiries within 48 hours. Depending on the nature of the issue, further instructions or repair arrangements will be provided.
4. On-Ground Service Centers
We currently operate certified repair centres in the following cities:
• Sydney
• Melbourne
• Brisbane
• Perth
For customers outside these cities, we offer remote diagnostic support and guided repair solutions, or we will arrange for the product to be shipped to the nearest centre.
